The Work

As part of the Facilities Management team, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of the precinct’s infrastructure. This is varied maintenance work across a complex campus.

• Internal and external painting and maintenance of hospital buildings.

• Surface preparation, including filling, sanding, and priming.

• Working within a clinical environment while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

• Ensuring all work hits strict health, safety, and government standards.

• Coordinating with other trades to ensure minimal disruption to patient care.

What You Need

We are looking for a reliable professional who takes pride in a high-quality finish and understands the requirements of a busy hospital environment.

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Painting and Decorating.

• Safety: Valid Construction Induction (White Card).

• Experience: Proven experience in commercial or large-scale maintenance painting.

• Compliance: Ability to pass a Police Check and provide vaccination records (standard for hospital sites).

• Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
